Pastor Rose Edkins, President and founder of Family Outreach, is a native of Jeremie, Haiti, currently residing in the US. In order to attend school, starting at age 5, from 1955 to 1965, Pastor Rose had to leave her family in the village and live with distant relatives in the city of Jeremie. She experienced first hand the deprivations of hunger and the difficulties of trying to learn on an empty stomach. Today as a mother of 3 and grandmother of 9, Pastor Rose has been involved in Haitian relief for the past 30 years. She has intimate knowledge of the language, customs, situations and politics of Haiti. She has founded several orphanages, hospitals, clinics, and schools in Haiti and now is the founder of this International al Ministry.Our MissionTo life and hope through empowering local pastors and NGO's to serve their whole community by enabling them to provide food, health, education, housing and business opportunities.

- Develop self-help programs among the people and churches.
